A perfect 5.0 — earned one door at a time.

“Our torsion spring snapped at 6 a.m. on a Sunday with both cars inside. They answered on the first ring and a technician was here in about 25 minutes. He replaced both springs, balanced the door and the price matched the quote exactly.”

“Our old chain opener finally died in the July heat. They installed a belt-drive opener with battery backup and Wi-Fi the same afternoon. It’s so quiet now, and I love being able to check the door from my phone.”

“We replaced three garage doors and added a golf-cart door on our Mission Hills home. The design help was excellent and every door matches perfectly. The crew protected our driveway and left the garage cleaner than they found it.”

“I backed into the door and knocked it off the track late on a Friday night. They had someone out within 30 minutes who secured it, re-tracked it and replaced a bent section the next morning. Honest, fast and very fair.”

“Heard a loud bang in the garage and found the spring split in two. The tech explained everything, showed me the broken spring and installed high-cycle springs so it won’t happen again soon. Super professional from start to finish.”

“Our garage is right under the guest suite, so noise was a real issue. They recommended a wall-mount jackshaft opener and it’s nearly silent. Clean install, and the ceiling is finally clear for storage.”

“Our Alexander home in Twin Palms needed a new door that didn’t ruin the look. They found a flush-panel door that keeps the clean lines perfectly. Neighbors keep asking who did it.”

“Called on a Tuesday morning and they were here before 10. Both extension springs and the safety cables were replaced in under an hour. Friendly tech, fair price and he even adjusted the opener force while he was here.”

“Our opener would hum but the door wouldn’t move. The technician found a stripped gear, had the part on his truck and fixed it on the spot instead of selling us a new unit. That kind of honesty is rare.”

“One cable frayed and the door started hanging crooked. They replaced both cables and all the rollers with sealed nylon ones. The door is smoother and quieter than it’s been in years.”

“Spring broke right before I had to leave for work. They got here in about 20 minutes and I was out of the driveway half an hour later. Clear pricing upfront and no pressure to buy anything extra.”

“We wanted carriage doors that fit our Spanish-style home in PGA West. They helped us choose an arched faux-wood design with iron hardware, and it looks stunning. HOA approval was easy thanks to the spec sheets they provided.”

“They swapped our noisy old opener for a belt-drive model and set up the keypad and app in one visit. The technician was on time, careful with our vintage trim and walked me through all the features.”

“We scheduled a tune-up before heading home for the summer. They lubricated everything, balanced the springs, replaced worn rollers and sent photos when they were done. Great service for part-time residents.”

“Spring and cable both went at once and the door was stuck halfway. They came out at 9 p.m., made it safe and had it running before 10. You can tell they do this every day.”

“The opener stopped responding to our remotes and the wall button. They diagnosed it quickly, gave us a few options and installed a new opener the same day. Very fair price and great communication.”

“Our old steel door turned the garage into an oven every summer. The new insulated door made a huge difference, and the finish still looks brand new. Installation took one morning and the crew was excellent.”

“Our door wouldn’t close at 11 p.m. and we were leaving for the airport early the next morning. They answered right away and had it fixed within the hour. I can’t thank them enough.”
